Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is currently made up of four founding members of the corporation and three investors. The Board consists of the following members:
Thomas Bourne - President and CEO; Geological and Environmental Engineer. Mr. Bourne possesses over 20 years of experience in environmental and solid waste/recycling operations, business and economic development, and executive management. He became the first Director of the Ontario County Dept. of Solid Waste Management and was responsible for the planning and implementation of mandatory recycling as well as development, construction and operation of the County Landfill.

Gary Harman, Ph.D. – CSO; Currently a Plant Biologist at Cornell University Agricultural Experiment Station in Geneva, New York. Dr. Harman possesses over 30 years of research experience with many patents and business startups to his credit. He has a long history of successfully starting companies to commercialize technologies developed in his laboratory, including the profitable BioWorks, Inc. serving as the interim CEO for one year during startup. He is involved with Advanced Biological Marketing (ABM) in Wert, OH, as well as forming an international company, ICUS International (Italy, Canada, and the US)

Terry Spittler, Ph.D. - Director of R&D; Analytical Chemist at Cornell University Agricultural Experiment Station in Geneva, New York – retired. Dr. Spittler possesses over 30 years experience in research and development.

- Senior Research Associate, Cornell Department of Horticultural Science
- Acting and Associate Director, Cornell Analytical Lab
- Chief Chemist, Cornell Analytical Division

John Hicks – Facilities and Operations. Mr. Hicks possesses over 40 years of agricultural business experience, as well as executive experience as the Ontario County Administrator, and the Director of Region 8 NYSDEC.

Dean Williamson – Mr. Williamson was a former owner of Pal Energy of Palmyra, New York, subsequently sold to Griffith Energy. Mr. Williamson has significant experience in the gas, oil and lubricant industry, and is currently involved with a number of entrepreneurial companies in the energy industry.
Richard Nagel – Mr. Nagel is a Mechanical Engineer with an MBA in Marketing. He spent his professional career in Xerox Corporation with senior level responsibilities in manufacturing management, process improvement and product development.
Clayton Potter – Mr. Potter is a veteran of the construction industry, having owned his own company for many years. His current company, Rollison Construction, specializes in small to mid-size commercial work.
Management Team
The management of the Company is performed by Thomas Bourne, Gary Harman, Terry Spittler, John Hicks and Arthur Brent.
Arthur Brent – Vice President, Business Development & Marketing; Mr. Brent possesses over 30 years of business development, sales and marketing management experience and has his MBA with a concentration in Marketing.
